Ivan Gubijan (b. 23 September 1923, Bjelovar – d. 4 January 2009, Belgrade) was a Yugoslav athlete who competed for the former Yugoslavia in the hammer-throw at the 1948 Summer Olympics. After WWII he came to Belgrade and joined the "Partizan" athetic club.
In the 1948 Summer Olympics held in London he won the silver medal in the hammer-throw. He was the first thrower to compete using a new technique that included four turns before the release. This technique is still used today by most athletes.
